Back from Goulburn

10 hours ride time total (just over 5 yesterday, just less today), very tired right now and I'll probably be very hungry later.

Were the new tyres a good move? What was the road like? Was it a worthwhile and enjoyable exercise? Enquiring minds want to know! - MP@Fuse

A) The tyres seem to be OK so far. Not noticing a lot of differences but scrubbing on tight corners seems to be a lot noisier.
B) The road was pretty good, mostly a broad shoulder, although there were patches after Lake George where the surface was just ugly
C) Yes, apart from anything else it was the first time I've done anything like this and it was surprising how much the loaded panniers tired me out, although they didn't slow me down (much).

I do intend to do a fuller report later but things have just been crazy this week.
