I really had to tone down my language on this posting. It’s considerably shorter now that I’ve calmed down a bit and taken out all of the F-words…
After reading it, I'm not surprised. As Treadly notes, this should be treated as premeditated, attempted, murder although it probably won't be.
I will agree with the comments made over there: most cyclists and most drivers share the road in a responsible, respectful manner and this is to be encouraged. The problem is that when this doesn't happen the cyclist is often the one treated, unjustly, as a second class citizen.
